Employees and parents of students of the Higher College of K. Zhubanov ARSU helping to identify offenses

From July 26 to August 1 in order to prevent juvenile delinquency during the summer holidays the Republican action “Employment”is held in the region territory.

As part of this campaign, the collective and representatives of the parents of the Higher College of K. Zhubanov ARSU took part in RAID events. Together with the juvenile police in the evening they visited the car washes of the old part of the city, where child labour is likely to be exploited. According to the labour Code, children of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to work from the age of 14, but from the age of 14 to 16, working hours should not exceed 24 hours a week, in the age category of 16 to 18, working hours should not exceed 36 hours a week, in addition, minors are prohibited from working at night.

As noted by the Deputy Director for educational work of the Higher College of K.Zhubanov ARSU Bibigul Akzhigitova: “We checked documents at employees of the car wash, looked, whether there a minor. Pleased with the fact,that the offenses were not noted, but we are here to carry out explanatory work, talk with adults and adolescents about compliance with the law.”

Higher college of ARSU repeatedly took part in raids on prevention of offenses by minors. According to Berik Bisenbaev, parents have a great responsibility: “I talk to my children, and I go to such raids. Who, if not we, will explain to teenagers their rights and duties.

recalled that the finding of the teenager outside the home after 23.00 and 22.00 in places of entertainment unaccompanied by legal representatives is threatened with administrative responsibility.
