The students of the “Professional and Creative” faculty of Zhubanov University were noted in the individual competition at the Swimming Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Aibek Kamzenov took first places in the style of “breaststroke” in the 100m distance and at the 50m distance in the same style. Alibek Kamzenov also won 1st place in free-style at a distance of 200m and also in the integrated swimming at 400m and 200m.
From July 27 to July 30 in Aktobe was held the Swimming Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among men and women of the fifth group, boys and girls of the fourth and third age groups. More than 200 athletes from all regions of Kazakhstan, as well as Astana and Almaty cities took part in the championship.
According to the results of the championship, athletes of Aktobe oblast won – 20 gold, 6 silver and 6 bronze medals.
