Today the University was visited by the delegation headed by the CEO of JSC “CNPC-Aktobemunaygaz” Wang Junren. The business meeting took place in the Conference room of K. Zhubanov University.
The main goal of the meeting consisted in discussing the events on strengthening of cooperation between the University and the enterprise. The questions of dual training, passing of student’s internship, carrying out joint research work were raised.
“The memorandum signed with 27 Chinese companies is the evidence of the high level collaboration between the University and a major enterprise. This campaign was organized several months ago by the Pro-rector for Research on the initiative of Confucius Institute which is a structural part of the University. It is a very big achievement” – noted Rector of K. Zhubanov University B.A. Erdembekov during the meeting.
Also the Rector highlighted the role of Confucius’s Institute created at the university 7 years ago in strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation and continuation of future joint undertakings between Kazakhstan and China. The head of the University reported that internship of the students of technical specialties is planned at this enterprise.
The Rector congratulated the Chinese guests on the coming “Holiday of spring” (“Chinese New Year”), having noted the possibility of holding further joint cultural actions.
In turn, Mr. Wang Junren thanked for the warm welcome and confidently said that events based on mutual friendship and cooperation will be implemented in the future.
At the end of the meeting both parties exchanged mementoes.
