A regional methodical seminar on the topic “Organization of Professional Internship for Students and Undergraduates of Non-Pedagogical Specialties” organized by K. Zhubanov Regional State University and the branch of Faculty of Economy and Law which is located on the basis of the regional branch of JSC “Damu” Fund of Development of Business” took place today. Rector of the University Bauyrzhan Erdembekov, director of AF JSC “Damu” Fund of Development of Business” Zhedelbek Murzagaleev, the head of the department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and Anti-corruption in Aktobe region Kayyrzhan Tokushev, the director of the branch of RNE “Academy of Public Administration at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in Aktobe region Saeda Sadvakasova, the chairman of the Public association “Union of Veterans of Prosecutor’s Office of Aktobe Region”, the mentor of young prosecutors Maria Tadzhibayeva, directors of AF JSC “Forte bank”, JSC “Sberbank” and “Cryptozone” Center of Digital Economy participated in the seminar.
The moderator of the seminar, Pro-rector for Academic Work of the University Bibigul Abenova noted that the purpose of this action is exchange of experience in training competitive highly qualified specialists demanded in the region, consideration of solutions of topical issues and emphasized the importance of the link between the process of training and production for achievement of this purpose.
In the opening speech Rector of the University Bauyrzhan Amangeldyevich said, “During the era of rapidly developing modern technologies the resulting effect of integrated education is transformation into the main driving force of stable economic development of each region and country. According to the recent President’s Address to the People of Kazakhstan, the issue of strengthening the links between educational institutions and the employer is one of the urgent problems. Not only teachers, but also economists, lawyers, experts with technical education study in our comprehensive University. Today the link between the training institutions and employers is cut off. After obtaining the diploma graduates experience difficulties connected with adjustment to the working process. Therefore we have to strengthen relations with production, speak openly about current problems at such seminars. We are passing to dual training. It is when students not only undertake internship, but also study at production sites” and wished success in the further work of the seminar.
Then the floor was given to the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and Anti-corruption of Aktobe region which is a partner of the University, Tokushev Kayyrzhan. He said, “For further development of the country it is necessary to strengthen links of higher educational institutions with production. Today’s action is a good undertaking for this purpose. We are engaged in attracting graduates to public service. Competent, qualified young specialists are extremely necessary in public service. Owing to close connection between the Department and the University many projects have been realized. 15 graduates of the University work in our establishment”.
During the seminar the opportunities given for training of competitive experts, questions of versatility, human qualities, professional development, and effective organization of professional internship were discussed.
Rector of the University Bauyrzhan Erdembekov signed the memorandum of cooperation with director of AF JSC “Forte bank” Aslan Ramazanov, director of the branch of JSC “Sberbank” Dmitry Eremin, the director of “Cryptozone” Center of Digital Economy Azamat Nurushev, the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and Anti-corruption of Aktobe region Kayyrzhan Tokushev, director of the branch of JSC “Freedom Finance” Rustam Gaziyev.
Before summing up the seminar the participants got acquainted with the base of “Cryptozone” Center of Digital Economy, participated in a master class on Mining and Digital Economy. Upon the completion of the seminar all participants received certificates.
