The meeting for students with representatives of the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts in Aktobe oblast

Today, the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy of the University organized a meeting for students with the senior prosecutor of the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts in Aktobe oblast, Berik Zharikenov.

Director of the Department Karylgash Satybaldina noted that the meeting was organized on the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the meeting was presented the Internet portal “The Map of Criminal Offenses”. As noted by Berik Muratkalievich, the portal was developed in order to ensure transparency and control over the work of the internal affairs bodies by the public and in the framework of the implementation of the “100 Concession Steps” nationwide plan.

The Internet portal is available to any citizen who has access to the Internet. At the same time, the portal is divided into two parts: open – for citizens and twisted – for law enforcement officers.

“In The open part is implemented a detailed view of crimes in a particular area by time, type and severity. Also, any citizen has the opportunity to indicate on the map the place of residence or work and set a certain radius, as a result of which messages on registered offenses in the specified territory will be sent to the e-mail address. In the closed part is displayed the location of the support points, mobile posts, and the arrangement of outdoor cameras. The head of the police body will be able to see in the online mode the number of crimes committed over the past 24 hours, as well as “hot spots” for an effective balance of forces and means” explained the senior prosecutor of the UCPS.

As an example, Nurlan Kurmanbaev, prosecutor of the UKPS department, clearly demonstrated the work of the site “Map of criminal offenses”. So, when you enter the required number of streets and houses, information appears on the map, where, when and what offense took place.

It is worth noting that the representatives of the CPSU also familiarized students with the work of the information service of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan – http://qamqor.gov.kz. Thanks to this service, citizens can submit an application to the prosecutor’s office without leaving their homes and track their appeal.
