The Kazakh Literature Department of the Faculty of Philology of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov organized an international online seminar on the theme: “Teaching literature of Turkic folks: the comparative aspect”, which was accepted by scholars of literature from ARSU named after K.Zhubanov, Kastamonu University of Turkey, Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University of Russia.
At the seminar presentations were made by the following specialists: Orhan Soylemez, the doctor of sciences of the University of Kastamonu, B.T. Borash, the doctor of philological sciences, professor of ARSU, Doctor of Philology, V.F.
Makarov, professor of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, M.R. Baltimov, candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of ARSU, R. R. Galiullin, the candidate of Philology, Associate Professor, Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University.
The reports research the new views on a comparative analysis of Turkic literature, literary interrelations in the era of globalization, Kazakh-Tatar literary interrelations, problems of comparative research of historical novels in the literature of Turkic peoples, as well as translations of works of Kazakh literature into the Tatar language. The participants discussed a wide range of problems of teaching literature of Turkic folks.
Undergraduates of the first course of the specialty “Philology” and the third year students of the specialty “Kazakh language and literature” of the Faculty of Philology also took part in the online seminar and received valuable practical information.
