Today, at Zhubanov University was held the internal university methodological seminar on the theme “Modernization of teacher education in higher educational institutions in the context of the implementation of updated educational content” within the framework of the announced methodical week.
The goal of the methodical week is to increase the level of methodological competence of teachers and improving their professional skills in order to increase the level of students’ knowledge, as well as the effective use of digital educational resources in the learning process.
The vice-rector for Academic Affairs of the University Bibigul Abenova chaired the seminar; it was attended by the chairmen of methodological councils, heads of methodological sections of the departments and the teaching staff of the university.
“Today the Ministry of Education and Science makes the great emphasis on the directions of pedagogical sciences. In this regard, our main task is the study and analysis of the updated system of pedagogical education,”Bibigul Seilovna noted in her speech. According to her, the university needs to prepare future graduates for the updated education system in higher and secondary educational institutions. “Our students must be prepared for innovations and meet the criteria of the updated system,” said to the participants B. Abenova.
During the seminar, the dean of the Faculty of Philology, Kulzat Sadirova, made the presentation on the topic “Criteria Based Rating System”. It should be noted that last month she participated in a seminar on the similar topic in Astana. In this regard, today she shared the received information with her colleagues.
During the seminar, the associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, Bazarkhan Imangaliyeva, spoke on the topic “Methods of teaching in terms of updating the content of secondary education”. In addition, senior lecturer of the Department of Information Science and Information Technologies, Bibigul Shamishovna spoke on the topic “Integrating the component of updating the content of education into modules educational programs.
At the end of the seminar, Bibigul Abenova gave the number of instructions to the staff of the methodological sections of the departments and the faculty of the university. In general, the seminar caused an active discussion of the participants. Recall that such events will last until the end of this week.
