Today, the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption, Alik Shpekbayev, during his working visit to Aktobe visited Zhubanov University and were acquainted with the work of several social facilities of the university. The akim of Aktobe oblast Berdybek Saparbayev, akim of Aktobe city Ilyas Ispanov and secretary of the Aktobe oblast maslikhat Saniya Kaldygulova also took part at this event.
At the beginning, the guests visited to the situational center, where constantly are working 302 video cameras. With the help of video cameras four student dormitories, educational buildings and the territory of the university are monitored. The center is equipped with means of communication and interactive presentation of information intended for the operational management decisions, monitoring and monitoring of objects of different nature, situations and other functions.
Next, the guests visited the store of honesty. In a kind of shop, there is no seller. You can take any goods from the shop window, and put the payment in the cash drawer. This particular object plays an important role in shaping among students such qualities as honesty and humanity.
Alik Shpekbayev and the management of the Aktobe oblast familiarized themselves with the work of the Temirkazyk Student Service Center (DSP). Here, for students and university staff, administrative, educational and educational assistance and consultation in the “one window” mode are provided. The center began to function from September 27, 2017. In the center, you can use 17 types of services. Among them are in great demand: receiving a transcript and a certificate of study (or help from the workplace). Admission to the DSP is carried out using an electronic queue. The shortest service time is 5-10 minutes.
After DSP, they visited the office of the Sanalyurpak project, which brings together students from 4 universities and 37 colleges in the Aktobe region. The office, whose motto is “Without corruption to a bright future,” opened at the university this fall. A single anti-corruption center of Aktobe students increases the activity of young people in shaping the idea of an honest and clean society. Here the capital guest was given the opportunity to be the first to leave his signature in the guest book of the front office.
Alik Shpekbayev turned his attention to the work of the Mansap student civil service school. It is also one of the most significant social facilities of the university, which for two years has been teaching students the basic skills of public service. In this school for students of 3-4 courses in a two-month program, free lessons are conducted by experienced civil service employees. At the end of the course, all participants are issued certificates. During two years of work, 58 students have studied here, 80% of them were employed in the civil service (51).
During the working visit, the chairman of the agency noted the high quality of the work of the university management and wished them further success.
After visiting the social facilities of the university, was held a solemn event dedicated to the International Day against Corruption.
