Today, the director of the Center for International Cooperation of Zhubanov University Gulzhan Shokym met with 29 students who completed a semester study abroad as part of the academic mobility program. Among them, 17 students studied
at the University of Sakaria of the Republic of Turkey under Mevlana grant program, 7 students studied at the University of Economics of Bydgoszcz of the Republic of Poland and 5 students at the Xinzan Financial and Economic University of China.
According to the students, at the University of Economics of Bydgoszcz they got acquainted with the system of European education, gained tremendous experience, having mastered the basic level of Polish. During their studies in Europe, our students introduced the traditions, culture and cuisine of Kazakh people. It is worth noting that the Polish university classes were held in English.
In Turkish university, students not only acquired knowledge in their specialties, but also took an active part in the social and political life of the country. So they celebrated Independence Day of Kazakhstan together with representatives of the Kazakh diaspora in Turkey.
The meeting was also attended by students who, within the framework of the program of double-diploma education and academic mobility, in the near future will go to study at the universities of Kastamonu and Hazhetepe of the Republic of Turkey, Katowice of the Republic of Poland.
In turn, the director of the center Gulzhan Shokym wished a happy journey and an excellent study to the students who had gathered on the road.
Words of guidance to their peers were also said by students who returned from abroad.
Recently, Zhubanov University establishes new relations with foreign partner universities, which in turn more and more strengthens the sphere of international cooperation.
