At the department “Public Administration and Marketing” of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov was held scientific seminar on the topic “Actual problems of development of modern agricultural production.”
The purpose of the scientific seminar was to analyze the current problems of the development of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan: consideration of ways to implement the State program for the development of the modern agro-industrial complex for 2017-2021 and discuss ways to implement the project “Auyl – el besіgі” was planned for 2019-2021.

The greatest interest was caused by the problems of public-private partnership in the agro-industrial sector, the development of entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan, the role of the agrarian sector in enhancing the country’s food security, the economic efficiency of breeding Kazakh semi-coarse hairs (Aktyubinsk type) control over the use of land resources, etc.
In the course of the scientific seminar, current issues in the field of agriculture in our country were discussed by academic teachers and practitioners in the industry, as well as young academic undergraduates. Academic teachers, undergraduates of the Faculty of Economics and Law made presentations on the problems in the agro-industrial complex and discussed ways to implement the State Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex for 2017-2021 as part of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated by January 31, 2017 The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness.
At the end of the seminar, participants were presented with certificates.
