The youth of Zhubanov University met with our fellow citizen, a deputy of the maslikhat of Almaty, the laureate of the “Serper” youth prize, actor Asylkhan Tulepov.
The meeting called “Zhastar – zhasampaz eldіn bolashagy” was held within the framework of the action “150 good deeds” timed to the 150th anniversary of the city of Aktobe and the Year of Youth.
The event was organized in order to popularize values of independence among young people, as well as a call for good deeds.
During the meeting, the actor spoke about the shooting of the film “Zhauzhurek myn bala” and about the deputy service.
According to Asylkhan, from school he practiced taekwondo and achieved certain victories. However, after the 9th grade, the parents of the actor sent him to college at Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov. And after that creative abilities awakened in him. “I entered paid education. I sold fruits
and vegetables to help my parents. But, at the age of 18, I took part in the casting for the first time and was approved for the main role. It was the film “Zhauzhurek myn bala”. Mom cried for half an hour with happiness. This is how my creative journey began,” says Asylkhan Tulepov.
“After the casting was completed, the main role was approved six weeks later. We were tested for knowledge of history, tested health for riding horses. Before the shooting, the leader of the stunt team, Zhaydarbek Kunkozhinov, taught us how to use a sword, a bow, and hand-to-hand combat. One month was spent on training. During the battles, we faced many obstacles.
If the weather was clear before lunch, it was raining after. During the fall from the horse, people broke their arms or appeared snakes. I will tell one interesting case. When filming the moment of the attack on the enemy, were made several duplicates. Thousands of soldiers had to respect the ranks. The people who fell off their horses sometimes stepped forward, or instead of the word “Alash” they shouted “Come on.” “Everything, we remove the last time” – they said. Shooting continued. And suddenly I hear the voice “Asylkhan, Asylkhan”. I turn around, Arthur, who played the role of Ilyas, instead of Sartay, shouts Asylkhan”-, making the audience laugh, the actor shared his story.
He also shared his opinion regarding his hero, Batyr Sartay.
The actor shared his impression about the opening of the forum “Year of Youth” and noted that young people expect special changes.
“It is no secret that the current year will bring great opportunities for young people. I think that much attention will be paid to young people. “The Year of Youth” should have been held earlier, because we have so many talented young people. They should be supported,” said the actor.
Following the meeting, the event organizers wished Asylkhan creative heights and handed mementoes.
Recall, Asylkhan Saylauovich Tulepov was born in the village of Zhetikol, of Uil district of Aktobe oblast. A graduate of College of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov of the specialty – “Acting skills.” In 2010, he starred filming in the movie “The Sky of My Childhood” as a friend of Elbasy – Gali. In 2011 he was chosen for the main role in the film “Zhauzhurek myn bala”. For the courage and art in this film was awarded the award of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. In 2013, he won the Serper Youth Award. In 2018, the winner of the nomination “Best Actor of the Year” of Kyrgyzstan, a deputy of the maslikhat of Almaty and the winner of the republican mega-projet “Oner Barys”.
