In the year of Youth, as well as in the framework of the action “150 good deeds”, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the city, students-designers decorated the walls of the children’s hospital of Aktobe Medical Center with paintings.
Creative scientific project of students of the department “Design” ARSU named after K.Zhubanov organized in conjunction with the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy of the University and the State Administration of Akim of Astana district” of Aktobe city.
The main objective of the project is to attract students to the creative project activities and encourage young people to participate in the development and implementation of creative projects in the social sphere.
Students of the third course in the specialty “Design” Riza Ulykpanova and Damira Zhanabaeva expressed their desire to take part in the project. Young designers with the help of acrylic paints painted colorful drawings on the walls that will brighten up their stay in the hospital. Now children will be able to “walk” along the corridor full of balloons, “listening” to the birds singing. The students themselves proposed the design of the wall design and in their free time, they worked on its implementation.
“Students of Zhubanov University held a charity event on the design of the first department of otorhinolaryngology. I think this has a positive effect on the psychological state of children. I would like to express my gratitude to the artists who put all their efforts into this work,”said Yerlan Pangereev, director of the children’s hospital.
According to young artists, were chosen pastel colors for the painting, which will calm and tune in to good and positive. They noted that the drawing had to fit harmoniously into the overall design of the wall.
The hospital staff also shared a positive impression from the work of young designers, noting that the painted walls adorn the department and uplift the mood of the visitors.
