Today in Zhubanov University was held a preliminary distribution of graduates of “Education” – “Tulek-2019” direction. The heads of educational departments from Aktobe, Atyrau, Kyzylorda, Mangistau and West Kazakhstan oblasts were invited to this event. For today, there are 8,332 students enrolled in 8 specialties at 53 directions at Zhubanov University. In the 2018-2019 school year, 641 graduates will end pedagogical specialties, of which 124 graduates in the social project “Serpin-2050”, 166 – are holders of an educational grant and 53 graduates with educational grant under the “rural quota”.
“Contacts with educational institutions of other oblasts were established, after which was identified the needs for specialists. Based on this, monitoring has been compiled. Currently, there is a demand for 588 specialists in the oblast. According to this demand, we have distributed specialists. The program “Serpin” enrolled 124 students from South Kazakhstan, Almaty, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl and Mangystau regions. All these students must work in Aktobe oblast. To date, 78% of them have been distributed, ” said Bibigul Abenova, vice rector for academic affairs at Zhubanov University.
Ardak Rysbaeva, Deputy Dean of the Pedagogical Faculty for Academic Affairs, presented the distribution statistics of the graduates of the faculty. “In 2019, 248 graduates will end the faculty. Of these, 37 students will graduate under the “Serpіn” program, 34 are employed, 3 students have the opportunity to independently get a job.
15 students study under the rural quota, , 13 of them are employed, 2 get a job independently. 44 students are enrolled in the state grant, 41 of them are employed, 3 are independently. There are 152 students on a paid basis, 145 are employed, 7 are independently. And 197 students study on the speciality “Education”. 183 students are previously employed, 14 can independently get a job. The preliminary distribution of graduates was carried out at the request of the education department and at individual requests, ” said Ardak Rysbaeva.
According to this application, 347 young specialists are required in Aktobe oblast. University graduates cover 60% of the need. At the meeting, the students were informed about social assistance in the districts of the region and about what
specialists educational institutions need. It should be noted that this year the university will graduate 1821 students.
