A meeting of university graduates with representatives of manufacturing enterprises was held at Zhubanov University in the Open Space format (Open Cover). The event was organized in order to increase the efficiency of employment of university graduates in non-pedagogical specialties.
The teacher of the Study Inn holding Gulnara Igisenova, the chief specialist of the State Revenue Department of Aktobe oblast Akzhanat Kemalova, the director of the agency for selection and training of personnel “Work and Force” Tatyana Chernukhina, the inspector of the personnel service of the regional museum of local lore museum Ainur Sarsenova, the head of Department of Youth Policy of the Akim of Aktobe oblast Nurlan Kuntoov, specialist of Aktobe Employment Center Olga Smirnova, chief specialist of the cadre department of the Department for Emergency Situations Dana Zhetibaeva, head of personnel department of labor resources “CNPC-AMG” Tatiana Shunukova, deputy director of the “KazAgroFinance” Baysal Alpysbay Specialist (School “Mansap”) of the Department of Public Administration and Anti-Corruption Aida Zhalbyrova, deputy head of the local Police Department of Aktobe Regional Police Department Talant Zhumabek participated at the dialogue board.
The introductory rector on the educational process Bibigul Abenova made an introductory speech, who informed the meeting participants about the employment of the graduates of the Zhubanov University. “Zhubanov University is one of the leading universities in the region in terms of students. To date, more than 13 thousand students are enrolled in 8 areas in 53 specialties at Zhubanov University. This year there are 1,821 graduates at the university,” said the vice-rector.
In turn, the head of the youth policy department of the Akimate of Aktobe oblast, Nurlan Kuntuov, congratulated the team of ARSU on the honorary fourth place among universities in Kazakhstan in the national ranking of universities in Kazakhstan.
At the meeting was discussed one of the pressing issues – the employment of graduates. Meanwhile, representatives of industrial enterprises argue that the problem of youth unemployment in recent years has become of paramount importance.
So, specially invited experts acquainted the meeting participants with the structure of their enterprise and told about the prospects. In turn, the participants of the round table stressed the need for educated and talented young people who can contribute to the development of the industry.
During the meeting, the guests answered the students’ questions and discussed a number of actual problems in the field of employment of young professionals.
The university administration thanked the managers of industrial enterprises who are interested in working together.
