Zhubanov University provides regular creative communications in the field of education and science between regional universities, members of the scientific and educational consortium of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan, between Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala (Belarus) and Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov (Kazakhstan).
Dean of the faculty of physics and technology A.E. Herman and head of the electro physical measurement laboratory A.U. Litskevich of Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala visited the research center of radiation physics of materials at ARSU named after K. Zhubanov from 4 to 8 June 2019 in order to
enter for exploitation and training to use an automated SDL-2 spectral complex for recording excitation spectra and emission of crystals. During the visit was carried out a series of experiments in order to measure the luminescent characteristics of alkali halide crystals with simultaneous exposure to low temperature (80 K), X-ray radiation and uniaxial elastic deformation (less than 1%).
Dean of the faculty of physics and technology of Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala, A.E. Herman participated in the program “Our history” on the oblast TV channel “Aqtóbe”.
In the scientific journal “Bulletin of the ARSU named after K. Zhubanov” No. 56 (2) was published an article with Belarusian colleagues in the second quarter of 2019.
