Recall that the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the poet Abai Kunanbayev has caused great support for users of social networks. In particular, a graduate of the program “Bolashak” Shynar Shakenova launched the challenge. She read the poem of the great Kazakh poet by heart on the camera, it was supported by users of social networks and famous people.
In turn, the rector of the Zhubanov University Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov by reading great a-line Abai, passed the baton to University staff, faculty and students.
This initiative is aimed at promoting the heritage of Abai in society, promoting his works among today’s youth.
