In the online mode there was a meeting with the President of the American Technical International Education Consortium Robin J. Lerner. The conference was attended by the Director of the Center for International Cooperation of Zhubanova University, Professor Gulzhan Shokym.
In addition, the online meeting was attended by Kazakh colleagues in the field of international cooperation, who came to the U.S. two months ago under a grant from the international leader IVLP to exchange experiences, they were also joined by colleagues from universities in the state of Texas, Mexico, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
The participants exchanged views on the problems, effectiveness and shortcomings of the distance learning system related to the emergencies occurring in the world. The prospects for sharing experiences and working on joint projects were also discussed.
It should be noted that Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC) brings together more than 30 state and world universities working on international educational projects in the state of Texas.
