The project of the young scientist Zhubanov University “Research of quantum-transport characteristics of nanosystems with unique operational electrical and magnetic properties” has won grant financing of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for young scientists for realization of scientific researches on scientific and technical projects for 2020-2022.
Researches of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, Professor Daulet Sergeev have entered into number of the best of 1300 projects of scientists of Kazakhstan presented on competition.
This project refers to fundamental research in physics on the priority “Information, telecommunication and space technologies, scientific research in the field of natural sciences”, the results will be used to create and miniaturize promising electronic devices, nanoelectronics and molecular electronics.
Daulet Sergeyev is actively engaged in scientific activities in the scientific center “Radiation Materials Physics”, which operates at the Department of Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Zhubanov University and already has a Hirsch Index – 6, which is quite significant for a young scientist.
The won grant will give an opportunity not only for international internships of the young scientist, but also for purchasing equipment and further research in the scientific center “Radiation Materials Physics” Zhubanov University.
