Director of the Department of Social Problems and Youth Policy of K. Zhubanov University Zhaynagul Kartbayeva announced about it. According to her, the students’ demand for accommodation at the hostel for new 2017-2018 academic year is fully satisfied.
“Today at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional State University there are 3 hostels. Hostel No. 1 is intended for 580 places, hostel No. 2 – for 630 places, “The house of youth” of the smart home type is intended for 500 places. Repair works in hostel No. 4, in Grishin Street are being carried out now. Every year the number of students is growing, therefore we keep provision of social and living conditions in the center of attention”, the department director said.
All hostels are equipped with all conveniences of everyday accommodation. In the hostel of the smart home type there are shower cabins, electric stoves, refrigerators, a computer hall with wi-fi network, a library, a recreation room with a TV.
