Zhubanov University organized a meeting with representatives of organizations, business structures and business associations of Aktobe region to assist in employment of graduates.
HR meeting was held in the remote format through ZOOM and gathered about 800 students. Among the participants of the conference were representatives of 20 institutions and companies such as JSC TNK ‘Kazchrome’, JSC ‘Aktobe su-energy group’, Department of Justice of the Aktobe region, Department of Police of the Aktobe region, JSC ‘Zhilstroisberbank of Kazakhstan’, JSC ‘ATF BANK’, JSC ‘Jýsan Bank’, City Station for Young Tourists ‘Zere Tur’ LLP, ‘Hydroekoresurs’ LLP and others.
Representatives of the companies acquainted students with the information on availability of vacancies and conditions of employment, as well as organization of production practices.
As emphasized in the Career Center of Zhubanov University, such meetings are necessary for effective interaction between the higher education market and the labor market. They facilitate the establishment of cooperation between the university and employers, social partners, as well as promote the employment of graduates.
