Member of the Assembly of the Nations of Kazakhstan, Advisor to the Rector of K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Konstantin Tskhai, as well as the head of the chair of the Assembly of the Nations of Kazakhstan and social and political disciplines, Candidate of Philosophy Umbetkan Sarsembin were awarded the jubilee medal “25 years of the Assembly of the Nations of Kazakhstan”.
Medals were awarded to 38 Aktobe residents who made a significant contribution to the preservation and strengthening of unity and harmony in the region and Kazakhstan as a whole.
The idea of creating the Assembly of the Nations of Kazakhstan was first voiced by Yelbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev in 1992 at the Forum of the Nations of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the first anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan.
