The team of intellectuals of Zhubanov University “24 ELEMENT” has passed in the next stage of the prestigious competition “Student Energy Challenge”.
The intellectual team competition is held to support the development of potential innovative solutions to energy problems among the student youth of Kazakhstan. The organizers of the competition are the Association Kazenergy and Shell Kazakhstan.
The expertise was carried out in accordance with the established criteria of the competition in the following areas: efficiency improvement in mining and processing industries; ecology/health protection; electricity/renewable and alternative energy sources; introduction of digital technologies and effective innovative solutions in extractive industries.
As a result of the selection process, 24 ELEMENT will be among the 14 strongest teams to defend their projects.
Recall that last year the team of Zhubanov University was in the final of the competition and made it to the top 5 best teams, according to the panel of judges.
Scientific club “24 ELEMENT”, organized at the department of “Metallurgy and Mining”, annually takes prizes in the Republican Subject Olympiads and competitions for student research works. The members of the club are young scientists from among students and masters, many of whom have already grown up to deputy and assistant first managers of the university.
