In the framework of implementation of the President’s Address on cooperation between universities and enterprises of raw materials sector for the development of science; full use of industrial potential of the country and development of regions with large metallurgical, petrochemical enterprises Zhubanov University signed an agreement with “Akzhol Gas Service” LLP.
The cooperation will allow:
to create an educational and production cluster in the sphere of industrial complex;
meet the needs of employers of the industrial complex of the Republic in qualified workers and specialists;
to receive grants and subsidies to students for scientific and technical works;
implement innovative projects based on integration of scientific, educational and innovative potential of cluster participants;
introduce scientific and technical achievements of Zhubanov University scientists into production, execute specific “order portfolios” of production structures with the possibility of their practical implementation, and much more.
The results of joint work of the technical faculty of Zhubanov University and companies in the region, in particular “Akzhol Gas Service”, will help to train highly qualified personnel, develop applied science and industrial potential not only in the Aktobe region, but also throughout Kazakhstan, which is now one of the priorities.
At the signing of the memorandum, in addition to Rector Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov and director of “Akzhol Gas Service” Ruslan Akzholov, were present heads and teachers of departments, as well as heads of company structures, who made specific proposals and expressed readiness for joint fruitful work in practice.
Today the university cooperates with more than 450 companies of the region (TNK “Kazchrome”, “KazTransOil”, ” SNPS-Aktobemunaigas”, etc.), which are the bases of practice for students and partners in joint scientific activities.
