Future teachers took part in the electronic job fair “Facultetus” organized by Zhubanov University. 30 educational organizations of Aktobe city and Aktobe region, including schools, kindergartens and houses of creativity, applied to place their vacancies. More than 300 graduates of Zhubanov University took part in the digital job exchange. Recall that the results of the spring vacancies fair received applications from 45 companies and institutions, about 100 graduates were invited to work.
During Career Week, HR meetings were also organized for graduates of all specialties of Zhubanov University. Zhanat Davletiyarova, founder of HR&Partners Outsourcing Agency, shared practical skills on how to write a CV, what to look for during the interview and where to start looking for a job.
During the online conferences with representatives of employment agencies the graduates learned about current trends in HR, digital skills. In addition, employees of the HR agency FSSA and HES FIRCROFT told about vacancies and in-demand specialties of oil and gas, construction, logistics, consulting and other companies.
