Young “Zhubanov team” thanked Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov for his motivation, openness and opportunities to travel abroad to various student events.
Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov met with representatives of the public, educational organizations, patrons, staff and students of Zhubanov University. It was announced at the meeting that Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov was appointed Rector of Shakarim University (Semey) by the decision of the Republican Competition Commission on identifying candidates for the position of the heads of universities. Acting Rector of Zhubanov University will be Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Bibigul Abenova.
On solemn event the deputy Akim of Aktobe region Meyrambek Shermaganbet awarded Bauyrzhan Erdembekov with the letter of thanks on behalf of Ondasyn Urazalin and noted his contribution to development of education and science.
Excellent qualities of the leader, organizer and philologist former rector of the university Zhubanov denoted doctor of philosophical sciences, professor, academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of Kazakhstan Amageldy Aytaly; head of the coordination of employment and social programs of Aktobe region Bulbul Eleusinova; director of the Aktobe regional branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Bauyrzhan Babajanuly and others.
Colleagues and alumni told about achievements of the university, development of science, improvement of material and technical basis and favorable atmosphere in the team during the time of the leadership of Bauyrzhan Amangeldievich.
In the anniversary year of Zhubanov University Bauyrzhan Yerdembekov awarded Zhubanov medals to many outstanding citizens of Aktobe, at the solemn meeting the rector himself received a memorable award.
