Scientists and teachers gathered in Zhubanov University at the Republican scientific and methodological seminar “Problems of ethno-cultural education and upbringing in universities. The event was held in a mixed format (online and offline) and was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor, winner of the state grant “The best teacher of the university-2019”, the head of the department “Pedagogy, psychology and primary education” – Gulshat Bakhtiyarova.
Opening the meeting, Acting Rector of the University Rakhym Beknazarov spoke about the merits of the teacher in the field of science and education, highlighted the organizational and leadership qualities. Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Digitalization Altynshash Bekbauova and Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Nurzhan Berdybayev, as well as heads of structural divisions and teachers of the university, also addressed congratulations.
Gulshat Bakhtiyarova has worked for 25 years in Zhubanov University. She is the author of more than 100 scientific publications from them 3 monographs (Traditional pedagogical culture of the Kazakh people: history, theory and practice II edition 2014), 2 textbooks (“Traditional pedagogical culture of the Kazakh people” 2018), 1 electronic textbook (“History of traditional pedagogical culture” 2017). The works of the scientist formed the basis of the reports of teachers, which were presented at the seminar.
