The vaccination against Covid-19 has started for the employees of Zhubanov University. Rakhim Beknazarov, the acting rector, and 10 heads and employees of structural subdivisions of the university were the first to receive vaccinations.
Vaccination takes place in the student polyclinic. Employees receive the vaccine Gam-KOVID-Vac (Sputnik V) made in Russia. Before the vaccination, the volunteers were examined and consulted by a doctor. Employees will receive the second part of the vaccine in 21 days.
According to Alibek Kuashov, head of the Zhubanov University Student Policlinic, 20 teachers and students have already signed up for a vaccination before the vaccination and after a preliminary examination by a physician they will receive the vaccine in the near future.
Vaccination is voluntary and free of charge.
All interested students, teachers and their family members can get vaccinated in the student health center.
