Acting Rector of Zhubanov University met with master’s students and young specialists of the university. During the motivational online meeting, Rakhym Beknazarov paid much attention to supporting the initiatives of young scientists and the overall rejuvenation of the staff.
Throughout its history, Zhubanov University has developed certain scientific directions and schools in such fields as physics, mathematics, philology, history, and pedagogy. But modern views on science and education require new, creative approaches, so more and more young personnel are attracted.
During the meeting it was noted that the average age of the deans is 50 years old and heads of the departments are 46, while today it should be 30-35 years old. In managerial positions we especially need specialists who are ready to meet the realities of the changing world.
Addressing the audience, Rakhym Beknazarov said that great expectations are placed on young specialists, and the university is ready to support them for further education and professional development. The head explained the rules of admission to the doctoral program and the main bonus for Zhubanov University teachers. Teachers at Zhubanov University receive a 50% discount on tuition fees when they enroll in doctoral programs.
Acting Rector told about his dream, for the sake of which he studied French, which later allowed him to have a scientific internship in Paris, and wished the promising young people do not miss the chance and realize their dreams. The participants of the online conference, in turn, noted that such meetings are an excellent motivation for further growth.
