In the first semester, students of Zhubanov University were able to study with scientists from foreign universities, this became possible thanks to grants provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Diana Spoolber from the University of Genoa (Italy), Alexander Masharsky from the Baltic International Academy (Latvia), Zhihangir Kyzylozen from the University of Gyumyushkhane (Turkey) and Tatiana Skali from the Bydgoszcz University of Economics (Poland) taught at the Faculties of Economics and Law, Philology, Pedagogy and the Faculty of Professional Creativity. In addition, they held seminars and master classes for the teaching staff, exchanged experience with Aktobe colleagues.
In the future, it is planned to bring foreign scientists from Latvia, India, Belarus, the USA, and Indonesia to the university.
