To develop important skills, vice-rectors and deans of Zhubanov University took part in the corporate training “Conflict Resolution Skills in the Workplace”. The 5-day course is organized by the psychological service of the university, which recently opened on the initiative of Rector Laura Karabasova.
During the course, psychologists will help university staff to form a system of knowledge about conflicts, practice key techniques for preventing and resolving conflict situations, develop basic skills for regulating and stabilizing the emotional state in the team.
Classes are conducted by the director of the Institute of Psychoanalysis of Central Asia Anna Kudiyarova, the director of the School of Psychoanalysis Svetlana Kuanysh and psychologists of the Zhubanov University service.
According to the dean of the pedagogical faculty Zhanna Zhusupova, such meetings are very important, they help to unlock their potential and gain important knowledge about working in a team.
