Today 12 new specialized classrooms were opened at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of K. Zhubanov University. They are “Genetics”, “The theory and a technique of training of biological disciplines in English”, “Zoology”, “Technique of teaching Biology”, “Cytology and histology”, “Basics of life safety”, “Geo-ecology” classrooms, “Eco-toxicology and Control of the Environment Facilities” educational and scientific laboratory, “STEM” center of innovative training, “Industrial ecology”, “Labor protection”, “General chemical technology” classrooms.
During the event Rector of the University, professor Bauyrzhan Erdembekov said: “The Faculty of Natural Sciences is the advanced faculty of our University, with a high potential. Within one year 106 offices were open at the University after capital repair. Classrooms for students must be light and cozy. All conditions have been created so that students could do research work. Opening of specialized classrooms is a proof to it”.
First the group headed by Bauyrzhan Amangeldiyevich got acquainted with “Geo-ecology” classroom. The ribbon was cut by the Chief Academic Secretary, Candidate of Philisophy, associate professor Abylay Mukhambetzhan.
During the event lecturers of the faculty spoke about the main tasks and the directions of specialized classrooms and centers.
Then the participants at the event visited “Smart cities and science” photo exhibition, studied the “StartUP” in real life project, attended master classes of scientific circles of the faculty and got acquainted with achievements of the faculty.
