It was organized by professor of “Tatar, Literature and Technique of Training” department of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Philology Makarova Venera Fayziyevna who taught at the Faculty of Philology of K. Zhubanov University within the program of the academic mobility for two weeks.
During the event second-year students majoring in Philology were divided into Aphrodite and Athens teams. Students of the 3d course took an active part in the organization of the event.
The game aimed at deepening the theoretical knowledge of students on Ancient Greece consisted of two stages and one musical part. On the first stage the history of gods, myths of Ancient Greece were discussed. The second stage covered the questions concerning wonders of the world, the Olympic Games, theater, architecture and art. Being the representative of the Tatar nationality, Venera Fayziyevna showed a master class in the Tatar dance.
“Ancient Greece” interactive game caused the students’ interest in foreign literature, deepened the theoretical knowledge of the students and strengthened the link between the Kazakh and Tatar literature.
At the end of the event all student activists received Letters of thanks.
