The XIV International scientific and practical conference of young scientists “Youth, science and innovations” took place in K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional State University within the program of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev “A prospection: modernization of public consciousness”. 602 applications from the Kazakhstan and Russian young researchers were accepted. Scientific articles covered all aspects of science both theoretical, and applied. During the conference reports of students, undergraduates, graduate students and doctoral candidates in the field of natural, technical, humanitarian, social, economic science were made. Work of the conference was continued in sections in 6 directions: “Youth is the innovative potential of modern society. Youth policy of the state: domestic and foreign experience”, “Science, equipment and technology: experience of young researchers”, “Innovation in education”, “Modern problems and tendencies of development of the social humanities (philosophies, sociology, political science, history, cultural science), “Development of natural sciences: realities and prospects”, “Current state and prospects of development of psychology and pedagogical research”. The number of the articles proves that the youth is interested in studying the problems in the field of innovative methods in education (61 reports), technologies (138 reports). Besides, young scientists show great interest in the development of psychology and pedagogics (47 reports).
The deputy akim of the region Kayrat Bekenov participated in the plenary session of the conference. He congratulated the young people on the part of the head of Aktobe region Berdybek Saparbayev and analysed the large-scale works in the region on the implementation of the program article of the Head of State. In his speech the first vice Rector Kuanyshbek Shunkeev emphasized that the students of K. Zhubanov University have a good opportunity for research work. In the course of the Spiritual Renovation program implementation lecture rooms have been equipped and updated, personalized offices have been opened during one year. The best students of the University undergo semestrial training under the academic mobility program in the countries of Europe, Asia and America. The students learn languages to be among the lucky who can go abroad and adopt the experience of studying today’s global problems. The report of the young scientist from the Southern Ural Federal State University of Chelyabinsk of the Russian Federation, head of “Pyromettallurgical processe”s department, Candidate of Technical Sciences, associate professor Pavel Gamov on restoration of metal in complex oxides attracted interest of the audience. Almaty and Aktobe researchers: a student of the 2nd course of T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts Zhanel Ryskeldinova and a student of the 4th course of K. Zhubanov University majoring in “Design” Asel Izbastina presented their scientific works:.
