The event began with a flower-laying ceremony at K. Zhubanov monument and brought together more than 100 participants. Among them there were famous scientists and teachers from Poland, Russia, Mongolia and Kazakhstan. The “Physical culture and sport” department organized the conference. The moderator of the event professor T.A. Botagariyev introduced the participants of the conference and gave the floor to the first vice rector of the University K. Shunkeev who congratulated all participants on behalf of the head of the University B. Yerdembekov on the beginning of the traditional conference.
At the plenary session reports of scientists from Poland, the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan were heard. Within the conference the round table discussion “Problems of Physical Culture and Sport in Higher Education Institution and School”, master classes in sports and a school physical education class were carried out.
During the event associate professor of the University of Economy of Bydgoszcz (Poland) Alexander Skaly presented special awards for a contribution to the development of international relations between Poland and Kazakhstan to Rector of K. Zhubanov University B. Erdembekov, the management of the University and the head of the department “Physical culture and sport” T. Botagariyev.
The experts’ reports caused a brisk discussion among the conferees, in the course of which the recommendations of the conference were worked out.
This large-scale event ended with awarding the conferees, and delivery of certificates.
